1. SHIPPING POLICY

 

Standard Shipping (U.S. only): 3–7 business days

Free Shipping on orders over $75.

Expedited Shipping available at checkout. We currently do not ship internationally.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping info at checkout!

2. RETURN POLICY

 

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, please email us at support@folkandfable.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.​

Custom or personalized items are final sale and non-returnable.

 

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit—your choice!

4. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

 

If you need to modify or cancel your order, email us at support@folkandfable.com within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we can’t guarantee changes, as orders are already in progress.

5. CUSTOM ORDERS

 

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

Please double-check all details before submitting custom requests.​
