1. PAYMENT METHODS

All transactions are processed in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking details when it ships.
During peak times or restocks, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated.
3. SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Shipping (U.S. only): 3–7 business days
Free Shipping on orders over $75.
Expedited Shipping available at checkout. We currently do not ship internationally.
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping info at checkout!
4. RETURN POLICY
We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return, please email us at support@folkandfable.com with your order number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Custom or personalized items are final sale and non-returnable.
5. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to modify or cancel your order, email us at support@folkandfable.com within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we can’t guarantee changes, as orders are already in progress.

Your privacy matters to us. We only collect the information needed to process your order and communicate with you. We do not share your data with third parties.
